It is amazing what you can come across when navigating the Internet.
I caught this page recently and it certainly tickled my fancy. As the man himself says "This is a truly satisfying story"
For some reason the idea of being able to quote, chapter and verse, the correct legal precedent to a policeman in order to get him to arrest a 'busybody' and indict her for jaywalking is quite sweet.
